How selling works

From your closet to a buyer

You approve every price. We handle everything else, including the buyer’s questions, returns and shipping.

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us what you sell and roughly how much. We reply within five business days, and may ask for photos of a few pieces or any receipts and papers you have.

  2. 02

    Send your pieces

We email you a prepaid, insured shipping label for each box. If you’re in New York, you can drop pieces off at our studio by appointment instead.

  3. 03

    We list them

We authenticate, grade and photograph each piece, then suggest a price based on recent sales. Nothing goes live until you approve the price. Most pieces are listed within 10 business days of arriving.

  4. 04

    You get paid

When a piece sells, we ship it to the buyer. The buyer has 7 days to return it, and your payout is sent by ACH 10 days after delivery.
